CRUSH AEP 2026: The Massive Action Blueprint · Last updated September 11, 2026

1. What you are buying

A ticket to a live, online educational workshop for licensed insurance agents, held Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM Mountain Time on Zoom, running approximately two hours.

  • General Admission includes the live session, 30-day access to the recording, and the downloadable worksheet and resource pack.
  • VIP includes all of that plus extended access to the recording, a 45-minute VIP-only session immediately following the workshop, the AEP Toolkit, and 30-day access to a private group thread with the presenters. VIP is capped at 50 seats.

VIP recording access continues for as long as we maintain the CRUSH AEP replay library. If we ever retire it, we will give VIP purchasers at least 30 days' notice and a chance to download.

This workshop does not carry continuing education credit in any state, and it does not satisfy AHIP, carrier certification, or any other licensing requirement.

2. Refund policy

Full refund if you request it more than 24 hours before the event starts. Email [email protected] before 10:00 AM MT on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 and we will refund 100% of what you paid, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method and normally post within 5–10 business days.

Inside that 24-hour window the ticket is non-refundable, because the seat has been committed. You keep your access to the recording and all materials whether or not you attend live.

The VIP session runs live immediately after the workshop and is not rescheduled or separately refunded if you miss it. The rest of the VIP package still delivers.

If we cancel or reschedule the event, you get a full refund or a seat at the rescheduled date — your choice.

If something is wrong, email us before disputing a charge. We would rather fix it than fight a chargeback, and we will sort it out the same day.

3. Access and sharing

Your ticket admits one person. Zoom links are issued per registrant and are not transferable. The recording, the worksheet, the toolkit and all other materials are licensed to you for your own use — you may use them in your own practice and with agents you personally contract and supervise, but you may not resell them, republish them, build them into a product you sell, or distribute them to people who did not buy a ticket.

4. Recording

The workshop is recorded. If you speak, appear on camera, post in the chat or Q&A, or join the VIP session, you may appear in that recording, which may be used for the replay and for promotional purposes, without payment to you.

If you would rather not appear, keep your camera and microphone off and submit questions in writing. You will still receive everything you paid for. The VIP session is a cameras-on session — joining it means being visible to the presenters and the other VIP attendees.

Do not make your own recording of the workshop, the VIP session or the group thread, and do not screen-capture or redistribute any part of them.

5. What gets said in the room

Other attendees will share real details about their businesses, particularly in the VIP session and the private group thread. Treat what you hear as confidential. Do not repeat it, post it, or use it against the person who said it.

Do not share any client's personal or health information — no names, dates of birth, Medicare numbers, addresses, phone numbers, medications or conditions — in the chat, the VIP session, or the group thread. Describe your situation in general terms. We will cut off and delete anything that exposes a consumer's private information, and we are not acting as a HIPAA business associate for you.

6. No guarantee of results

This is education, not a promise. Any production numbers, application counts or income figures mentioned by a presenter are that presenter's own past results. They are not typical, not a projection, and not a guarantee of what you will earn. Your results depend on your market, your license, your effort and factors outside anyone's control.

Nothing here is legal, tax, compliance or financial advice. You remain responsible for your own compliance with CMS rules, carrier rules, your state's insurance regulations, and your contractual obligations to your upline or FMO.

7. Not for Medicare beneficiaries

This workshop is for licensed insurance professionals only. It is not directed at, and not intended for, Medicare beneficiaries or the general public. Nothing on this site is an offer of any insurance plan. Legacy Peace of Mind, Inc. and Medicare Machine Factory, LLC are not affiliated with or endorsed by Medicare, CMS, or any government agency.

8. The presenters are independent

Kevin Rohde, Tylyr Tingue (TNT Retirement Solutions) and Filip Lundstedt (ProCare Consulting) take part as independent professionals. What they say is their own opinion, not a statement by Legacy Peace of Mind or Medicare Machine Factory. Any relationship you choose to start with any of them afterward is between you and them.

9. No obligation to contract with us

Buying a ticket does not obligate you to sign an FMO or upline contract, move existing contracts, or buy anything else, and nothing in the workshop is conditioned on your doing so. If you want to talk about working together afterward, that is a separate conversation you choose to have.

10. Conduct

We may remove anyone who harasses another attendee, disrupts the session, pitches the room, or exposes a consumer's private information. Removal for cause does not come with a refund.

11. Communications consent

When you register, you agree to receive emails and text messages about this event — your Zoom link, reminders, the replay and related follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out of marketing will not stop the transactional messages that carry your ticket and your Zoom link.

12. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as MMF CRUSHAEP. Prices are in U.S. dollars and you are responsible for any tax that applies where you are. Discount codes are limited in quantity, are not combinable, are not applied retroactively to a completed purchase, and expire on the dates stated at checkout.

13. Liability

The workshop and materials are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to this workshop is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket.

You agree to cover us against claims arising from your own sales and marketing activity, your use of the materials, or your breach of these terms — including anything arising from a compliance failure in your own business.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted here on the day you buy is the one that governs your purchase.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Morgan County, Colorado.
