CRUSH AEP 2026: The Massive Action Blueprint · Last updated September 11, 2026
When you register we collect your name, email address, phone number, state, and the answers you give to the registration questions (years licensed, applications written last AEP, and what you say is holding you back). If you buy a ticket, Stripe collects your payment details — we receive a confirmation and the last four digits of the card, never the full number.
We also collect standard website analytics and, if you arrived from an ad, the advertising identifiers that came with that click. During the workshop, Zoom records your attendance and anything you say or type.
We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, financial account numbers, or any health information about you.
We use it to get you into the workshop — your Zoom link, reminders, the replay — and to follow up afterward about our own training and agency programs. The registration answers shape what gets taught and how we follow up with you.
CRUSH AEP is jointly produced, and all four presenters receive the registrant list. Your name, email and phone number go to Kevin Rohde, Tylyr Tingue (TNT Retirement Solutions) and Filip Lundstedt (ProCare Consulting) as well as to us, and any of them may contact you about their own programs.
Each of them then controls that copy independently, under their own privacy practices rather than this policy. Asking us to delete your information or stop contacting you does not reach the other three — you will need to tell each of them directly, and every message they send you should carry its own opt-out. If you would rather your information not go to four businesses, please do not register.
Our service providers — Stripe for payments, Zoom for the webinar, GoHighLevel for the CRM, Meta and Google for advertising measurement — process data on our behalf and may only use it to do that job.
We do not sell your information.
This is a workshop for agents, not a place to discuss a specific consumer. Do not put any client's name, date of birth, Medicare number, address, phone number or health information into a form, the chat, the VIP session or the group thread. We will remove anything that does.
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop marketing email. Messages carrying your ticket and Zoom link are transactional and will still reach you. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies.
This site uses cookies and advertising pixels (Meta, Google) to measure whether our ads worked and to show relevant follow-up ads. You can block cookies in your browser; the pages will still work, though checkout may not. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where the law requires it.
Email [email protected] and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing and targeted advertising. We will do it, and we will not treat you differently for asking. Some records are kept where the law or our carriers require it.
If you live in Colorado, California, Virginia, Connecticut or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, those rights include appealing a refusal. To appeal, reply to our decision and say you are appealing; if we still say no, your state attorney general's office can hear a complaint.
Registration and marketing data is kept until you ask us to delete it or it is clear you are no longer interested. Purchase and tax records are kept as long as the law requires, generally seven years. Workshop recordings are kept as long as we maintain the replay library.
We use reputable vendors, access controls, and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — but we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.
This site and workshop are for licensed insurance professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we update this policy we will change the date at the top, and we will email people on our list about any change that materially affects them.
